2007

Light reached 3rd place in the governance ranking of best companies to invest in 2007, from Capital Aberto magazine.

Light included in the Corporate Sustainability Index portfolio.

Light received the Lions Award, in the Environment category, due to its operations in the Lajes Hydroelectric Complex, in which Light reforested the Atlantic Forest and repopulated the fish population in the reservoir.

Management focused on sustainability grants Light the 2008 Top Social award, granted by the Brazilian Marketing and Sales Managers Association (ADVB).

Light received an award during the I Show of Communication Practices to Avoid Accidents with Internal Public, promoted by the Brazilian Association of Electrical Power Utility Companies (ABCE).

3rd place ranking of companies that provide public services of the "Top 50 sustainable companies according to the media" award, from Imprensa magazine.

Light received the 2008 Best Social Responsibility Marketing award, during the seventh edition of the event, one of the most prominent in the Brazilian Marketing segment.

2008 Ser Humano Oswaldo Checchia award in the Personnel Management, Corporate Category modality, granted by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources.

National Corporate Socio-environmental Responsibility award, granted by the Instituto Ambiental Biosfera.

Light is recognized as a Citizen Company by the Regional Accounting Council (CRCRJ) in acknowledgment of its commitment towards Social Responsibility.

In 2009 Light reached third place in the 2009 Best Companies for Shareholders ranking, under the 'market value between R$ 5 billion and R$ 15 billion' category, from Capital Aberto magazine.

2nd place in the transparency category of the "Top 50 sustainable companies according to the media" award, from Imprensa magazine.

2nd place in the 'customer service quality' category and finalist of the 'Electrical Power' category from the "Companies with most respect for consumers" award, from Consumidor Moderno magazine.

Light was once again recognized, in 2010, for its excellence in customer service, reaching 1st place in the Exame/IBRC Customer Service Survey, in the energy segment ranking.

1st Brazilian electrical power distributor to receive the LAC (Loja Amiga do Cliente) Seal, granted by the Brazilian Institute of Customer Relations (IBRC).

1st place in the Energy Segment (Brazil) in the Exame/IBRC Customer Service Survey, published in the "Largest and Greatest" annual edition of the Exame magazine.

Light was included for the fourth consecutive year in the Corporate Sustainability Index portfolio.

Light reached 4th place in the 2010 ranking of the "Southeastern Region over 400 thousand consumer units" item of the ANEEL customer satisfaction Index.

Light ranked 1st in the 2010 Aberje Award, under the Social Communication and Relationship category.

Best Investor Meeting, granted by the Minas Gerais Capital Market Investment Professionals and Analysts Association.

All Light agencies were certified with the LAC Loja Amiga do Cliente. This seal, granted exclusively by the IBRC, is a certificate for personal client service quality. Light is the only Brazilian power distributor that received this seal.

2012

The IR Global Rankings, a ranking system for investor relations websites, online annual reports, corporate governance practices and financial disclosure procedures, granted to Light the award of Most Improved IR Website in Latin America.

Light was included for the sixth consecutive time in the Corporate Sustainability Index portfolio.

All Light agencies were certified with the LAC Loja Amiga do Cliente - seal for the 3nd consecutive year. This seal, granted by the IBRC, is a certificate for personal client service quality. Light is the only Brazilian power distributor that received this seal.

Light's Call Center was certified for the first time with the SAC (Amigo do Cliente) seal, also granted by the IBRC, which evaluates customer service quality by performing undercover client telephone call simulations. Light is the only power distributor that received this seal, which uses as certification basis the presidential decree 6523/2008.

Light was the winner of the 3rd Annual Sustainability Award from the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro (ACRJ). It was given in recognition for the companys good practices.

Light was awarded with the Metering Latin America Prize 2012, in the Smart Grid category to its Automation of Underground Transformer Chambers Project. The event gathered national and international participants of electric energy metering sector, water consumption and Smart Grid.

Light received an award for action in relationship with their customers. It was one of the winners of the XII ABT Award with the case "Efficient Partnership: Light and Ricardo Eletro," in the Bronze category "Communication Campaigns - External".

2015

Light was included for the ninth consecutive year in the Corporate Sustainability Index portfolio.

Top
